The property is located in a residential complex consisting of two completely independent villas. This villa is located on the lower part of the complex and offers our guests a large car park, a large private pool with wooden shed on the east side, a covered veranda, a heated shower next to the pool and a wooden barricade with gate for the safety of your children.

Inside it is composed of 2 air-conditioned double bedrooms, a bedroom with two single beds, two large bathrooms with shower and a large air-conditioned living room with kitchenette where there is also a comfortable double sofa bed to accommodate two more people. Guests can access the villa through an electronic gate that leads to a large parking area. This area is also a common area, but only for the passage, with another apartment placed on the highest part of the entire structure. The villa enjoys a strategic position as it is just 1 km from the junction of the A29 Palermo - Mazada Del Vallo motorway. You will find supermarkets and shopping centers, supply, bar pizzerias just 3 km from the villa. It is about 4 km from Castellammare del Golfo, 4 km from Alcamo Marina, 20 km from Scopello and from the Zingaro reserve, 50 km from Trapani, 40 km from San Vito Lo Capo, 60 km from Palermo.

    “Modernes Ferienhaus, gute Lage (mit dem PKW ca. 7 Minuten zum Strand), sehr schöner Pool und sonnige Terrasse. Schattige Essecke, Klimaanlage in drei Räumen getrennt regelbar, zwei Bäder mit guter Ausstattung, Küche selbst funktional (Herd, Backofen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierteil, Kaffeemaschine), Ausstattung mit Küchengeräten etwas dürftig. Geschirr ok für 4-6 Personen.”
