This beautifully renovated Istrian stone house is located in the quiet village of Draevac, just 9 km from the lively town of Pore and its stunning beaches. This house was originally built in the late 19th century and completely renovated in 2013. It perfectly combines modern comfort with rustic charm. Set in private grounds, the house offers guests a tranquil retreat with an inviting outdoor pool, outdoor shower and barbecue area. The spacious covered terrace is perfect for al fresco dining, while a private car park provides convenience. Inside, the house has a cosy living room with fireplace, a modern kitchen and a dining area, all with direct access to the terrace. On the ground floor there is also a double bedroom with en-suite shower/WC and access to the terrace. Upstairs you will find two further double bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, including one with a luxurious whirlpool bath in the attic. Perfect for those looking for a quiet yet accessible retreat in Istria. Please note that this property does not accept youth groups or stag and hen parties. A youth group at this property consists of people aged 26 or under.
