Step into paradise! This seems to be the message that the beautifully manicured driveway of Villa Taraluna sends you on your arrival. The panoramic view of the sky-blue sea gives the impression that the villa towers majestically over the beautiful island of Mallorca. The spacious, rural surroundings ensure that you enjoy complete privacy during your holiday. Make yourself at home in the large garden, with plenty of space to let off steam or relax. Soak up some vitamin D on one of the sun loungers or jump into the shimmering turquoise waters of the villa's private pool after a quick outdoor shower. Have you had enough of the bright sun but still want to be outside? How about a barbecue together in a cosy atmosphere? Afterwards, you can dine on one of the cosy, covered terraces next to the house. If you want to work off the calories, you don't have to travel to the nearest gym: The property includes a private volleyball court perfect for a little match with friends. The height-adjustable net can also be used for beach tennis or badminton. The whole family can have fun playing boules on the designated court right next to it.

Heaven on earth is not just in the form of a diverse garden. Thanks to the amazingly large windows, pleasant daylight streams into every corner of this modern villa and conjures up a friendly atmosphere. It is obvious how much passion has gone into the completion of this property: every room is decorated with loving attention to detail. Up to ten people can spend their dream holiday here together. The centrepiece of the villa is located on the ground floor in the form of the communal area consisting of the kitchen, dining room and living room. Start your day with a coffee at the stylish table in the open-plan kitchen or a hearty breakfast at the lavishly laid table in the adjoining dining area. How about bringing everyone together in the living room with its bright design to plan the next few days of holiday adventures? The large, comfortable sofas and armchairs are perfect for sitting together. Your well-being is not only taken care of during the day - the incredible four-poster beds will lull you to sleep without you having to count sheep! Three of the five double bedrooms are located on the ground floor of the villa and one has its own bathroom. A further bathroom with spa-like facilities on the ground floor ensures that no one is left out. If you manage to get hold of one of the two double rooms on the upper floor, you will wake up to a view of the surrounding greenery. Who knows, you might even end up with access to the enchanting roof terrace? The two lucky people who get to sleep in the master bedroom have hit the jackpot: Not only does it have its own bathroom, but also a walk-in wardrobe. A dream for every fashionista.

Even though the villa itself offers plenty of variety and you certainly can't stay here long enough, don't forget to explore the sunny island of Mallorca. The occasional sound of the Ma-19 means you can quickly reach popular bays such as Cala D'Or or Es Pou. If you like romance, don't miss out on a walk along Cala Llombards, a beautiful bay with crystal-clear water surrounded by cliffs. If you want to stay active as well as relax on the beach, you should definitely plan a day in the Parc Natural de Mondragó. Whether on foot or by bike, you can marvel at the unspoilt and protected nature here - even less enthusiastic hikers can easily be persuaded to go on a group excursion to the beaches along the way, S'Amarador and Sa Font de n'Alis. In the small fishing village of Porto Petro, you can experience typical Mallorcan life with traditional cuisine, Mediterranean flair and many small boutiques and shops to browse through. This is all the more true in the idyllic village of S'Alqueria Blanca, where you can discover its pretty cafés and restaurants as well as the enticing market square. Or how about a visit to the nearby Santuari de la Concolacio monastery? There you will find one of the island's tranquil oases, which give the island its very own charm.

The newly built, modern Villa Taraluna is located in a wonderful rural setting in the south of Mallorca, close to the holiday resort of S'Alqueria Blanca. There is everything you need for your daily shopping, as well as a market where you can stroll around at your leisure. The most beautiful bays such as Cala D'Or, Es Pou and Cala Llombards, but also coastal villages such as Porto Petro are just a stone's throw away, so you can spontaneously decide to spend a day by the sea when the weather is fine. Do you prefer the idea of a shopping spree? Then you should definitely pop into the nearest large town, Santanyi.
