Villa Sao is an enchanting ground floor flat, located within a semi-detached villa in the prestigious Punta Pispisa residence in Scopello.
The location is ideal for sea lovers: in fact, the villa offers access to two splendid coves for the exclusive use of the village, Cala dell'Ovo and Baia Luce, both of which can be reached in just a few minutes, either by car (2 minutes) or on foot (6 minutes), with the possibility of parking near the beaches
A short distance away are some of the area's most beautiful attractions: the picturesque village of Scopello 1.1 km away, the historic Tonnara (tuna fishery) and the evocative Faraglioni rocks 850 metres away, and the Zingaro Nature Reserve just 1.6 km away.

There are two verandas, both about 40 square metres: one at the entrance on the north side and one at the back on the south side. Inside, the living area is spacious and bright, with a corner sofa bed, TV and air conditioning, leading to the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and everything you need for cooking.
The sleeping area has two air-conditioned bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds (convertible into a double on request). The bathroom, located in the corridor, is comfortable and modern.
The garden offers additional amenities to enjoy your stay: a movable barbecue and an outdoor shower, perfect for cooling off after a day at the beach. Villa Sao is the ideal choice for those who want a relaxing holiday and to discover the natural wonders of Scopello.
