Cosy 3-room flat (55m2) on the ground floor of a 2-family chalet, on the edge of the forest with a clear view of Silvaplana and Piz Nair St. Moritz. Very quiet and sunny location. Living/dining room renovated in 2022 with new, comfortable furnishings. Living room with direct access to the seating area/terrace/garden. The kitchen is open to the living room, but has a good extractor fan.
1 double room, 1 room with 2 single beds, shower/WC/sink. Both bedrooms have new, comfortable furniture. Kitchen and bathroom have been completely renovated in 2012. The bedrooms have been completely refurnished in 2012 and 2015.
During the summer season (May to October) you can use the ‘mountain railways included’ offer, i.e. every guest receives a card with which they can use up to 10 mountain railways (cable cars, chairlifts, gondola lifts, funiculars) in the Upper Engadine free of charge during their stay.

Excursion possibilities: What mountains. What lakes. What light! Whether on the 580km (360 miles) of hiking paths strewn over all the mountains or by mountain bike along 400km (250 miles) of fabulous trails: the Upper Engadin offers a superb network of paths and trails amidst an unspoilt Alpine landscape and the inspiring lake plateau. Three flow trails on the Corviglia guarantee a perfect flow. Equally popular among sports enthusiasts are the Upper Engadin lakes; kiting, sailing, windsurfing, stand up paddling – the possibilities are virtually endless. The expanse of the inspiring high-lying valley can be experienced in a particularly striking way on the two 18-hole golf courses in Samedan and Zuoz. And besides the wide range of sporting options, visitors can take advantage of the first-class cultural activities on offer, such as a visit to a museum or to one of the numerous art galleries in the various villages.
In winter, the ski areas of Corviglia, Corvatsch, Diavolezza and family-friendly Zuoz invite ski and snowboard enthusiasts to revel in 350 kilometres (218 miles) of the finest powder snow. Cross-country skiers will find over 220km (137 miles) of perfectly groomed trails in the Upper Engadin and the side valleys. The winter hiking paths and cross-country ski trails on the frozen Upper Engadin lakes are characterised by their light, sunshine and space amidst inspiring Alpine scenery. Those who would like to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the snow-covered forests can explore the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever on 150 kilometres (90 miles) of winter hiking paths. Visitors who prefer to have everything in view, meanwhile, will delight in the breathtaking vistas on the panorama hiking trails high above the lakes on Muottas Muragl.
Families can bask in the Engadin sun during a ride in a horse-drawn carriage into the Val Roseg or Val Fex, or race down the mountainside into the valley on the winding, 4.2km (2.6 mile) long toboggan run on Muottas Muragl.

Location description: Silvaplana – a Mecca of water sports. Of late the kite surfers, whose trend sport first made its debut here in 1998, have joined the surfers and sailors on the Lake of Silvaplana. In winter, kite sailing is even practiced on skis or on snowboard on the frozen lake! With its 'home mountain', the Corvatsch, rising up to 3,303 meters above sea level, Silvaplana is an incomparable winter sports destination for skiers and snowboarders, which in summer is the perfect starting point for many an unforgettable hike.
