Confortable 3,5-room apartment (80 m2), 2nd floor, especially quiet and sunny location, on a south-facing slope.
Children must have a minimum age of 14 years.
The apartment is a nonsmoking apartment, Pets are not allowed.

The flat is finished with solid pine wood. The kitchen, the entrance and the toilet have a stone floor (slate), the other rooms have a wooden parquet floor. The flat has a spacious living room with a view, two double bedrooms, an open, well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub and WC and a sparate WC (shower WC).
The flat with balcony is situated in one of the sunniest locations in the Engadine. From all rooms and from the balcony you can enjoy a fantastic, unobstructed view of the mountains. Free WLAN and SAT-TV with 40 inch HD TV.  A reserved parking space in the car park and an additional reserved outdoor parking space are available.  
The ski room, the bike room and the washing machine are in the basement. A ski boot heater is available for skiers. The flat is centrally located for skiing, cross-country skiing, hiking and biking. The public transport connection is only 200m away.

Excursion possibilities: What mountains. What lakes. What light! Whether on the 580km (360 miles) of hiking paths strewn over all the mountains or by mountain bike along 400km (250 miles) of fabulous trails: the Upper Engadin offers a superb network of paths and trails amidst an unspoilt Alpine landscape and the inspiring lake plateau. Three flow trails on the Corviglia guarantee a perfect flow. Equally popular among sports enthusiasts are the Upper Engadin lakes; kiting, sailing, windsurfing, stand up paddling – the possibilities are virtually endless. The expanse of the inspiring high-lying valley can be experienced in a particularly striking way on the two 18-hole golf courses in Samedan and Zuoz. And besides the wide range of sporting options, visitors can take advantage of the first-class cultural activities on offer, such as a visit to a museum or to one of the numerous art galleries in the various villages.
In winter, the ski areas of Corviglia, Corvatsch, Diavolezza and family-friendly Zuoz invite ski and snowboard enthusiasts to revel in 350 kilometres (218 miles) of the finest powder snow. Cross-country skiers will find over 220km (137 miles) of perfectly groomed trails in the Upper Engadin and the side valleys. The winter hiking paths and cross-country ski trails on the frozen Upper Engadin lakes are characterised by their light, sunshine and space amidst inspiring Alpine scenery. Those who would like to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the snow-covered forests can explore the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever on 150 kilometres (90 miles) of winter hiking paths. Visitors who prefer to have everything in view, meanwhile, will delight in the breathtaking vistas on the panorama hiking trails high above the lakes on Muottas Muragl.
Families can bask in the Engadin sun during a ride in a horse-drawn carriage into the Val Roseg or Val Fex, or race down the mountainside into the valley on the winding, 4.2km (2.6 mile) long toboggan run on Muottas Muragl.

The Diavolezza ski area, a particular favourite among freeriders, is just a short distance away.
