Our Villa is situated on a small peninsula near the beautiful and peaceful place Povlja on the island of Brac, Croatia. We offer 2 apartments: the first, named „Ana“, for 4 persons and the second, named „Marijana“ for 4 persons. The apartments are situated on the ground floor of stone villa with sea view.

„Ana“ Apartment „Ana“ has two bedrooms: first with double bed and single bed; second with double bed. This apartment has living room (possibility of 2-4 sleeps), two bathrooms, kitchen and terrace. Bedrooms are equipped with standard furniture. Kitchen contains all the necessities for preparing and serving meals, table with chairs, refrigerator with deep freeze section, stove, dishes and accessories. A large covered terrace is a place for gathering and dining. Stone-paved courtyard is very suitable for children and the elderly. Parking is located next to the villa. Barbecue is located in the courtyard and guests are available for free. Particularly interesting is the wine cellar where guests can buy white and red wine, brandy, olive oil, sherry ... The nearest beach is 60 m away. The beach is pebbles and stones. We also offer you: fast internet, Wi-Fi, SAT TV (Astra and Hot Bird). In the season 2003 Povlja were declared the most beautiful destination in the category of small tourist places according to Tourist Board of the Dalmatian region.
