    “Das Haus bietet viel Platz und hat Charme.
    Ein schöner Garten mit Pool läd zum Verweilen ein.
    Gemessen an deutschen Verhältnissen ist das Haus allerdings eher mit "morbidem Charme" zu bezeichnen.
    An allen Ecken bröckelt und wackelt es und irgendetwas funktioniert nicht (Beispiel lose Wasserhähne, eine Klimaanlage defekt, die andere leckt stark).
    Krönung sind die Extra-Kosten für W-Lan und die defekte Klimaanlage.
    Die Erholung schränkt das nur ein, wenn man für das bezahlte Geld entsprechende Gegenleistung nach "deutschen??" Standards erwartet.
    Ein wenig mehr Pflege und Wartung in das Haus wäre nicht zuviel verlangt

    “Ausstattung und Einrichtung des Hauses sind gut. Das Haus liegt zentral und nahe an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Die Distanz zum sehr schönen Strand beträgt rund 100 m. Sehr geschätzt haben wir den Pool, den Gartengrill und den Autounterstand. Die Sauberkeit war in Ordnung. Ersetzt werden sollten unbedingt die Liegestühle und einige der defekten Gartenstühle. Aber insgesamt kommen wir gerne wieder.”
