This modern and comfortably furnished holiday house is located near a busy street. It streches on the ground floor between the hairdressing saloon and the house of the landlord. There is a covered terrace on the spacious, fenced property where children can play in the sandbox. There is also a barbecue on the terrace. You can enjoy the sun and sea on the most beautiful sandy beaches of the Mediterranean. Very interesting are the cycling routes through the oak park or a stroll along the promenade up to Rab. Do try the native cuisines in the restaurants.

    “Sehr nette, gast- und kinderfreundliche Vermieter-Familie, gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit ansprechender Einrichtung. Die Schlafgelegenheit für die 3. und 4. Person befindet sich im Wohn-/ Esszimmer auf einem neueren, guten Schlafsofa. Vor dem Apartment befindet sich eine schöne, schattige und eingegrünte Terrasse zum Hof des Grundstücks hin. Die Ferienwohnung liegt ebenerdig zwischen dem Wohnhaus und einem kleinen Friseur-Salon der Vermieter-Familie. Am Hof, abgegrenzt durch eine Stützmauer, führt eine kleine Straße vorbei mit relativ wenig Verkehr. Ab und zu fährt ein Auto vorbei, aber uns hat es nicht gestört. Vom Hof aus blickt man auf die Waldhänge von Suha Punta.”
