The house dates back to 1750 and has been completely refurbished and renovated in recent years. It is located in an old romantic museum village, which is a Unesco World Heritage Site. The location is wonderfully quiet and yet you can reach the valley station of Bad Gastein or Sportgastein in 5-10 minutes by car or ski bus. About the house: Only natural materials have been used and a lot of effort has been put into restoring old floors and wooden ceilings. Each of the single or double rooms has its own bathroom. On the ground floor there is a beautiful Swiss stone pine parlour with a wooden kitchen and a large tiled stove. There are also 2 newly renovated double rooms with en-suite bathrooms and a small wellness area with a large shower and sauna. There is also a laundry room with tumble dryer and washing machine and a guest toilet on the ground floor. On the first floor there is another 1 double room and 1 single room with bathroom. The absolute highlight is on the 3rd floor: a 100 m² Alpine lodge-style loft with 2 large, cosy sofa corners, a large table and a magnificent fireplace. The house also has an extension. There is 1 double room and 1 living room/bedroom. A great bathroom and a small kitchen make this flat your own little house. Suitable for staff/upair or older children. State-of-the-art technology, WiFi, 5 flatscreens as well as beautiful crockery, pots etc. are part of the basic equipment of the house. Large car park for at least 3 cars. The restaurant in the neighbouring house invites you to Austrian delicacies and a drive of approx. 8 minutes brings fresh bread rolls to the house. For larger purchases, several supermarkets can be reached within 5 minutes by car: No youth groups and parties welcome.sports facilities in the area: fishing,climbing,cycling,skiing (alpine),tennis
