Beautiful vacation home with private pool in a large garden in Grasse on the French Riviera, 14 km from the beaches of the Mediterranean Sea.

Halfway between the sea and the mountains, this elegant independent stone villa, tastefully combining Provençal style with modern comforts, opens the doors to its bright and cozy interior. It is perfect for a family vacation in the hinterland of Cannes, to enjoy the tranquility of the place while being close to the famous seaside resorts of the Côte d'Azur such as Nice, Cannes, Antibes or Cagnes-sur-Mer. The decoration is neat and very cozy, with terracotta floors, large sash windows, a beautiful country kitchen, a living room with wooden beams and beautiful comfortable rooms.

Outside, beautiful terraces offer the opportunity to enjoy the view of the surrounding greenery in the shade, and the magnificent terraced garden with Mediterranean essences and the original shaped pool invite you to enjoy nature and the sun.

Activities: canyoning in the Loup Valley in 50 minutes, climbing in 15 minutes (in Cabris), diving in Villeneuve-Loubet, flying by private plane over the coast to Cannes. There is very much to discover in the surroundings of this vacation home!

Note: The fireplace can not be used. Mandatory weekly cleaning is required for stays longer than one week. A few steps lead to the adjacent bathroom of the 3rd bedroom. For your well-being, a gardener and a pool specialist come once a week.

    “Sehr schönes Haus, das viel Komfort für einen unbeschwerten Aufenthalt bietet. Können wir mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Für den Einkauf benötigt man ein Auto, da fussläufig nichts erreichbar ist (jedenfalls nicht bei großer Hitze im Hochsommer). Pegomas ist ein Tipp.”

    “Ein wundervolles, sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Auch die Außenanlagen mit Sitzecken und Pool sind wunderschön. Nur der Zufahrtsweg war sehr holprig.”

    “Ein sehr komfortables und schönes Haus, das mit viel Liebe und Überlegung eingerichtet ist. Das betrifft auch den Außenbereich. Eine Superausstattung der Küche, von der Parmesanreibe bis zur Knoblauchpresse ist alles vorhanden. Alles ist sauber und gepflegt.
    Der einzige Wermutstropfen besteht darin, dass die angegebenen Bäder kein WC enthalten. Es ist im ganzen Haus nur ein WC vorhanden. Wenn man sich damit arrangieren kann, ist dieses Haus mit seinen Außenanlagen ein Paradies.”
