This beautiful semi-detached house is located only 200 m from the beach in a quiet area.

This vacation area offers everything you could wish for a successful vacation: the sea, the scent of the maritime pines, entertainment, beach and excellent seafood cuisine.

In the evening after a day of sun or hiking, you can relax in peace in the fully fenced garden, while the children can play safely here. Prepare delicious meals on the grill. For extra comfort in the house, each room has not only air conditioning, but also a ceiling fan. The house is accessible through a private courtyard and it is recommended to park cars only inside the property.

The house is close to the Po Delta Park and magnificent art cities such as Comacchio, Ferrara, Ravenna, Bologna and Venice. You can easily get around here on foot or by bike on the bike path that connects all the beaches. In addition to relaxation, you will find nightlife characterized by restaurants, clubs, village fairs, markets, events and beach parties. If you are a nature lover, in the surrounding area and in the Comacchio valleys you will find numerous routes to explore by bike, on horseback or by boat. The proximity to important art cities is also an advantage. Visit Comacchio (6 km), also called "little Venice", the Abbey of Pomposa (15 km) and Ravenna (30 km) Ferrara (50 km) with its beautiful Byzantine mosaics. Only 100 km further you can also reach Venice and Bologna.

Note: In front of the entrance of the house every Tuesday there is a market, so it is not possible to drive up by car from morning to afternoon.
