The "Stalla" is an old cowshed completely renowed. Now it is a luxury flat for holidays. It is composed by three floors with all conforts: 2 The Stalla is composed by three floors out of ground plus one sleeping loft. At the ground floor there is one bedroom with 2 beds, TV LCD, DVD and VHS player, a restroom with wc, bidet, shower and one closet with a washer-drier; outside there is a little portico with swing. On the first floor there is the living-room with sofa, TV LCD and kitchen corner. Outside the living -room is located the beautiful terrace with chaise-longues. On the sleeping loft there is a japaneese futon king size bed . The interior design is "minimal chic" , with concrete floor and brushed larch, with many animals fur and antique furniture of the local mountain traditions. On the ground floor the warming is by radiant heating , while on the first floor there is wood-burning stove.bedrooms, The kitchen has freedge-freezer, dishwasher, glass-ceramic plates.
The architect has carefully restored the barn maintaining the original structure. The old stone walls make up the structure and the old wooden beams form the original roof. The wooden floors renovated the upper floors, while the ground floor a heated concrete floor still remembers the old stable. Hay positioned outside the Windows still remind us of the old barn.
