House in Donja Banda with Private Terrace
Holiday house located in the central, rural part of Pelješac, a perfect place for a vacation in untouched nature among fertile vineyards and centuries-old olive trees. The song of crickets and chirping of playful birds will be the only sounds you will hear while drinking your first coffee with a view of the numerous hills of the Pelješac wine kingdom. If the Pelješac peninsula is the 'kingdom of wine', then Potomje is certainly the capital of that kingdom, and our house is located in the village of Zakamenje, only 3 kilometers away. It is located on the edge of the village, surrounded by untouched nature and with a view of endless vineyards and olive trees.
Comfortable holiday home with 2 bedrooms, located in a romantic setting surrounded by vineyards and olive trees. The house has 2 separate bedrooms with unique rustic furniture, family bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and dining room. Parking and wifi are free. In front of the house there is a beautiful, very private terrace where you can enjoy preparing fish and meat specialties of Dalmatian cuisine with an open grill and home-grown vegetables from your own garden.
A house for a perfect vacation in a gentle and peaceful environment. The house can be reached via the main Pelješac road (D414), if you are coming from the direction of Dubrovnik or the Pelješko bridge, about 3 km after Potomje, you will turn left following the sign for the village of Zakamenje.
Several great beaches are only a short car ride away. In addition to enjoying the sun on one of the many beaches and swimming and diving in the turquoise blue Adriatic sea, you can enjoy various activities on Pelješac. Windsurfing, cycling, running, walking, hiking are just some of the many possibilities that you can always combine with a visit to one of the many wineries. Because, don't forget, the Pelješac peninsula is the "kingdom of wine" where some of the best Croatian wines are produced, such as Dingač or Postup. Rent a boat and visit some of the numerous islands between Pelješac and Korčula or even head to the island of Mljet (national park) or the island of Lastovo, you won't regret it. Be sure to visit Korcula, the hometown of the world traveler Marco Polo. The city of Dubrovnik, the 'pearl of the Adriatic', is less than 100 kilometers away, ideal for a day trip.
