Beautiful Villa La Reina Brtonigla is located in a picturesque town in the northwestern part of Istria. The modern architectural style, minimalist interior design and aesthetically pleasing exterior of this villa will make your vacation a real luxury oasis. The villa is located in a quiet place full of greenery and nature, away from the noise and bustle of the city. The maximum capacity of the villa is 13 people and the villa has a total of 5 luxury rooms with private bathrooms. Three rooms have double beds and the other two rooms have two single beds each. There is also a sofa bed and two extra beds. Two rooms are located on the upper floor and three other bedrooms are located on the first floor. On the upper floor there are two spacious terraces with Jacuzzi where you can enjoy quiet evenings and watch the sunset. The first floor of the villa has a modern kitchen, spacious dining room, airy living room and two additional toilets. On the large terrace of the villa there is a beautiful hydromassage pool of 60 m² and a depth of 1.35 m, surrounded by 8 sunbeds. The pool accessories include heating, but at an additional cost. In the inner courtyard of the villa there is a summer terrace with dining table and barbecue, where you can prepare typical Istrian specialties. Other facilities at the villa include a trampoline and a children's playground, bicycles, darts or badminton, which the little ones will surely enjoy. In addition to the already mentioned hot tub, the villa also has a sauna, which is located on the first floor of the villa. There are three parking spaces in the villa's courtyard and two additional spaces outside the courtyard. Villa La Reina Brtonigla is part of a larger complex of three villas. It is rented as a separate villa, but together with its neighboring sister villas Primavera and Estate it forms a modern complex offering accommodation to a total of 33 guests. The adjacent villas are an ideal choice for large groups and families who want to enjoy the perfect vacation surrounded by unspoiled nature. All three villas are very similar in layout, equipped with a beautiful terrace with pool, additional facilities such as bicycles or Jacuzzis. Villa Estate and Villa Primavera are located next to each other, each has 4 rooms and is suitable for a maximum of 10 people, while the larger and slightly more distant Villa La Reina Brtonigla has 5 rooms and a maximum capacity for 13 people . Brtonigla offers a handful of interesting content that will fill your vacation with activities such as wine tours, olive oil tours or truffle hunting tours. Istria is known for its exceptionally high quality gastronomic offer and a long tradition of growing and processing vines and olives. Truffles are another expensive gastronomic specialty of Istria, and the locations of this underground gem are in central Istria, in the Motovun forest. Be sure to visit the surrounding sights such as the Mramornica Cave near Brtonigla. The cave is first mentioned in the records of Albert Fortis, a famous 18th century Italian travel writer. The temperature of the cave is a constant 14 degrees, which is why it serves as storage for barrique barrels in which high-quality Istrian wines mature. For those who prefer to explore cultural and historical monuments, there are numerous sights and historical towns along the coast, such as Umag or Porec, which hide many monumental buildings from ancient times. In the interior of Istria you will also find picturesque Motovun, a medieval town whose hidden alleys reveal many secrets of magical Istria. Treat yourself to the experiences of Istria and enjoy the luxury of Villa La Reina Brtonigla, the luxury you deserve. Pool heating is available for an additional fee, payable locally. Pets are allowed in this accommodation at the owner's discretion and for a fee. Please note that this accommodation accepts youth groups only upon payment of a refundable deposit of 1000 EUR. A youth group in this accommodation consists of people aged 27 years or younger. If you are a youth group, you will be asked to pay the deposit upon arrival. Any amounts required to repair any damage to the accommodation caused by you during your stay will be deducted from the deposit and then returned to you.
