The 50 m² non-smoking holiday home for max. 5 people is located separately on the owner's residential property in a central location. The town center with shopping facilities, harbor, restaurants and weekly market is approx. 900 m away. The Baltic Sea beach (Dierhagen) is approx. 12 km away. The vacation home was completely renovated in 2017. It is equipped with a living room (upholstered furniture with sleeping function as an extra bed for the 5th person, flat screen TV, dining table), an open kitchenette (electric stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, various kitchen appliances), two bedrooms on the upper floor via steep stairs (2 x single bed each) and a bathroom with shower / WC with washing machine. The accommodation is heated by central heating. There is a furnished terrace, barbecue facilities, sun loungers and storage space for bicycles. A table tennis table, swing and simple bicycles can also be used by arrangement. A crib and high chair can be provided for small children if required. There is free public parking in front of the property. The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, water and energy consumption and Wi-Fi.

The small town of Ribnitz-Damgarten is located at the foot of the Fischland - Darß - Zingst peninsula directly on the Saaler Bodden. The Baltic seaside resort of Dierhagen is approx. 8 km away. In the village there is a fun pool, jetty, boat and bicycle rental, marina, the famous amber museum and good fishing opportunities.
